Good location, nice pool and beach access. Food was good

The airconditioning (extremely hot) did not work. We complained about it in the evening and not effort was made to repair. We complained again at check out, after a poor night sleep, and asked for an adjustment on the bill and were refused.

All in all everything was awesome, had a SUPERB stay on previous all inclusive holidays. The pool was covered and I had cool drinks in the beach bar. In addition, the parking was on site. Marvellous and awesome location just off the most beautiful sandy beach on E Adriatic coast and the airport, I felt safe.

Loved the pool and the cleanliness of the hotel

Some of the staff were not very inviting..when we arrived no welcoming just passed over to another member of staff. Also bar staff were over charging us for drinks. Breakfast was the same everyday and involved a long queue. No drinks offered on the beach despite having to pay for sunbeds

The pool was fantastic - very clean, organized and cool in 35 degree heat.

The air conditioning was a problem. The lowest it got in the room was 27 degrees after being fixed by a technician. It was a lot hotter before that.

Cozy and super unit with terrace. A great selection of supplies in the room: climate control, multi-channel television and a fridge.

Very bad bathroom.

The hotel just met my expectations. The whole Ulcinj area is quite trrible, but it has nothing to do with the hotel itself. Otrant is a normal 4* beach hotel. Large parking.

The hotel has a large territory, but it is almost no place to seat a relax. Only few benches beside the beach, but they are exposed to sun all day. There is no restaurant you can eat something during the day. In general, if you deside to stay in Ulcinj Otrant is the right choise. But is the decision well-considered?

The room was very good, modern, very weel furnished. The beach is super and the location of the hotel on the beach is perfect. Swimming pool was great for the kids.

The employees were, with 1-2 exceptions, not at all service oriented. Almost daily we did not have water for several hours. The food was bad, we even had to pay for a proper coffee in the morning, through the breakfast was included. Cleaning the swimming pool in the middle of the day, so one could not use it for several hours. Loud and bad music was played permanently around swimming pool. The prices are very, very high for what one gets.

Poor air conditioning, no water for long stretches of time, breakfast was so-so, beach is not clean (lots of cigarettes).

Thanks for the superb stay for a vacation. The suite is amazing with an obvious '' touch '' as well as terrace...

Perfect location on the beach; Modern and very well done hotel

Location, good beach but sea is not deep. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Staff at the pool and beach does not take attention to requests

The beach access and the gorgeous sun terrace were perfect. The Wi-Fi could be kinda spotty, but it didn't take away from my overall experience 🌴

Everything was perfect, fully equipped hotel, the location was stunning just next door to ' a la carte ' restaurant and the most beautiful sandy beach on E Adriatic coast and Ulcinj. Booked a room with terrace. The service was great, the staff were happy to help. The pool bar was premium with some good food.

Noise from drilling at night.

Great beach access and friendly staff. Buffet breakfast was very noisy and disappointing.
